  • Name & Email Address: Required for signup/authentication (handled by Firebase Auth).
  • Password: Used only for authentication, securely stored by Firebase (never visible to us).
• Locally Stored Data:
  • Invoices, products, clients, and your app preferences/settings are stored only on your device. We cannot access this data unless you choose to export/share it with us (e.g., for support).
• Automatically Collected Data:
  • Device information: Type, operating system version, anonymized analytics, crash logs (via Google Play Console and Firebase Crashlytics).
  • App usage data: Basic non-personal statistics (e.g., screen views, feature usage) for improvement and analytics.
• Subscription & Payment Information:
  • Purchases and subscriptions are managed solely by Google Play Billing. We never receive, process, or store payment information or card details.
• Support Information:
  • When you contact us (via email or WhatsApp), we collect only the information you provide to resolve your issue.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account (via Firebase).
• To enable invoicing and local storage of your business data on your own device.
• To manage your subscription status for premium features (Google Play Billing).
• To improve, troubleshoot, and analyze app performance (anonymized analytics/crash data).

4. How We Share or Disclose Information

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with marketers or other third parties.

  • To Firebase (for authentication and analytics/crash reporting).

• We do not transmit or upload your locally stored business data (invoices, clients, products) to any external server or cloud.

5. Advertising & Analytics

• AdMob: Our app uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect anonymized device identifiers and app usage data, per Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Analytics: Basic, non-personal analytics (screen usage, app crashes) are collected to help us improve the app. No sensitive personal data is collected.

6. Data Security

• We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your information, including encrypted authentication and secure billing via Google Play.
• Important: Since most data is stored locally, you are responsible for securing your device. We recommend enabling device-level security features (e.g., password, fingerprint, encryption).
• No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Controls

• Edit your information: You may update your name, email, and password within the app.
• Delete data: You may manually delete clients, products, invoices, or uninstall the app to erase all local data.
• Export data: If you choose to export or back up data, it is your responsibility to secure the exported files.
• Access and correction: Contact us anytime to request corrections or access to your account information.
• Account deletion: To delete your authentication account, contact us (see below).

8. International Users & Legal Compliance

• GDPR/CCPA: If you are in the EU/EEA or California, you may have specific data rights under GDPR/CCPA, including access, correction, deletion, and restriction. Contact us to exercise these rights.
• Children’s Privacy: Our app is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided information, contact us for deletion.
